Skylawn Cemetery

To whom it may concern. On August 13th my 20 years old grandson was killed I went to the skylawn cemetery and made all the arrangement, on the 16th my Daughter and I went back up there to order the head stone the lady told us it should be in around 6 to 8 weeks I called her 2 week ago the lady told me that it would be in about the 10th of Oct, called her on the 13th she than told me that the person that order the head stone was out sick and the head stone was not order, but it was order today and would be another 4 weeks,What could I say forget it, I don't think so, I think something should be done about this. Please help me.
