R1 Moving & Storage - Service is bad

I called for a moving service from this company R1 MOving & Storage that advertised excellent service and I was given a schedule from 2:00PM to 4:00 PM . At 4:00 PM nobody showed up so I called for follow up and I was told that they are running late with their schedule. At past 5:00 PM I called again and they told me that because they are doing a bigger move that they are changing my schedule from 2-4 PM to 8PM or if I do not like that time, then they can schedule me the next day.

I waited for them from 1:30 in the afternoon until 5:30 only to be told that they are going to show up at 8:00 PM. and since they already charged our credit card and we cannot do anything anymore, we are forced to wait for them.

So for you customers out there who value their time, do not waste your time and money. Get another moving company, I am sure they have a better service than this R1 moving and storage
