Sears Dishwasher Installation- from the Plainfield NJ store:

They hook you up with their NEW INSTALLATION Service, and you pre-pay that. Then, then messed up 2 full business days for us, did not show up when promised, gave ridiculous excuses. Then said they had to charge us an extra $150 for installation because our "wiring" was no good. Upon putting in a formal complaint back to Sears in Plainfield, they pushed us to talk to 4 different people, up to the District Manager. Nobody returned calls or looked into it. They promised us a gift card they reneged on. They should be ashamed of themselves. Cannot ever buy again there, neither should anyone else. Beware
