McDonalds is TOO big to care about their customers McDonalds is TOO big to care about their customers October 14, 2006 When I was a young girl, and was taken to McDonald's, I could always count on hot fries and a fresh sandwich. It seems that the advent of "high technology" has sent the McDonald's corporation down the tubes. No longer are customers served hot food, we're served "nuked products". I'm very disgusted with the lack of quality of food that every McDonald's I've visted has.
About a week ago, I had a taste for fries and a coke. I went to the McDonald's closest to my office and was served "re-fried fries" and a flat coke. Because my time limited, I decided to send an e-mail to McDonald's corporate -- because my experience has been that every McDonald's has the same problem.
A few days (that seemed an excessive period of time) later, I received an e-mail stating that because that McDonald's is a franchise, they would forward my complaint to the store. DID THEY EVEN GET IT? It's not one McDonald's --- it's ALL MCDONALDS...
I've yet to hear from the "offending" McDonalds -- nor will I ever step foot or wheel in a McDonald's so called restaurant again.
