US Airways US Airways October 14, 2006 US Airways Charlotte NC hub. They are selling tickets for flights that they know they intend to cancel if the flight isnt full. They dont tell customers the flight is cancelled. When customers arrive in Charlotte the cancellation is noted at the gate on the boardno customer service rep is available. This has happened two times this year alreadysame flight. If they do reroute you, they dont bother transferring the luggage resulting in lost/delayed luggage. This is fraudulentfalse advertising and selling bogus tickets, taking customers money with the full intention to then cancel the flight.
