US Airways Charlotte NC hub. They are selling tickets for flights that they know they intend to cancel if the flight isn’t full. They don’t tell customers the flight is cancelled. When customers arrive in Charlotte the cancellation is noted at the gate on the board—no customer service rep is available. This has happened two times this year already—same flight. If they do reroute you, they don’t bother transferring the luggage resulting in lost/delayed luggage. This is fraudulent—false advertising and selling bogus tickets, taking customers money with the full intention to then cancel the flight.
