I have been a member of French Riviera for the last three years. During this time the equipment is constantly needing repair and it tends to be the same machines. Honestly I don't believe any of them are getting fixed when they are reported damaged. There are multiple weight training machines with broken seat or back cushions which puts your customers more at risk for infections. At no point have I seen any employee clean any of the equipment. I find it hard to believe that the machines are not being cleaned at least on a daily basis. When I had inquired about the machines not being cleaned the employees said it was being done in the evening. Even this seems highly unlikely as you could easily tell if any of these machines had been cleaned. Overall the quality and reliability of French Riviera Spa is horrible and I am suprised that management has not improved in all this time. Your company definitely needs to CLEAN UP!!!!
