Symantec computer order

 

I tried to upgrade my Norton Internet Security 2007 by purchasing the update over the computer. It has been a nightmare experience. I am extremely tired of talking to people in India who do not speak English well enough to be easily understood. In fairness, I did have one very nice man who spent the first two hours with me. The second male was rude and very hard to understand. When I couldn't understand him he just got ruder. I will NEVER purchase from Symantec in this manner again. I would much rather pay more at a store and have it on CD, or better yet, find a new company to deal with.

 

I am left with a very bad feeling toward the company and most of its employees (once I figured out how to break the code and find the phone numbers to even reach a live person).

 

For punishment, I wish every Symantec CEO and/or employee had to order, download and activate this package - over and over and over and over again. Enjoy your conversations with non English speaking support staff............better yet, you could fly to India and talk to them in person and probably get your problem solved more quickly.
