Wieder Platiunum Exercise Machines

We spent over $800 to buy this so called "top of the line" machine and it arrived without instructions to use the pre-programmed exercises. My complaints to Wieder resulted in no action from them to assist me with this problem. Watse of money - buy a Bowflex!
