Nightmare at ZGallerie Nightmare at ZGallerie October 14, 2006 Nightmare at ZGallerie, Part I: I feel compelled to warn you about the complete incompetence of ZGallerie in Berkeley CA and Sacramento CA, as well as their total lack of even the most basic understanding of customer service. My wife and I live in Sacramento CA. On 10/8/06, we saw a water feature that we wanted to purchase at the ZGallerie in Sacramento; however, they did not have any in stock. They said theyd have to order it and it would take several weeks for delivery. I told them we needed it as quickly as possible and several weeks was too far out. I asked if there were any other ZGallerie stores that might have one in stock. They said yes. I said Well, could you call a few of those stores to see if they have one? (At this point, I was having to think for them and guide them through a free course of Customer Service 101.) They called the Berkeley ZGallerie store. Said they had one in stock.
