Ebay / Half.com Rip-off & How I got my $ Back!

To all those ripped-off by Half.com, I bought a textbook for school in August, 2006 thru Ebay/Half.com. I never received the book, nor ever received a response from the seller, and I tried contacting him numerous times. I did some research online and found (finally) a few ways to CONTACT Half.com: You can actually call them @ (408) 376-7400 or email them @ Email User I had filed an original claim thru Half.com (but also never got a response). So I called them, and also e-mailed them at the above e-mail address. I also filed a dispute claim thru my credit card. I'm not sure if it was the combination of all of these things- but I finally got an email from the team at Half.com saying they would give me a refund. I got the refund through my credit card, they credited my account. So, I suggest to all those of you who have been ripped off by Half.com, to send anemail to Email User with all of the transaction info and also dispute the claim with your credit card or bank. I GOT MY $ BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps, Susan in Connecticut
