Dear Sir, I want to be Reliance customer. I wanted to be connecting to the world through R-Connect device. Before I shell go to on globe I had bed experience with Reliance servicing. But from the beginning I had very bed experience with Reliance service which is provided by his DST (Direct sales team).I went to get Data card for my laptop for internet connection. On expressing my desire I was handed over a rectangular data card which was not fit in my laptop b’coz’ it was has L shape design and I paid 4500 Rs. By cash to Mr. Pawan Kumar and Mr. Vinod Lamba. While I was trying to fit into my laptop that was not fitted due to another shape. Than immediate I call to these guys and they told me they will refund my money, at which these guys exploded. Guys are not picking my call and I write mail to Delhi nodal officer Ms. Ritu Tahpar and she said, she will find out the issue and getted resolved it ASAP. On my saying there is USB internet card is also available for internet purpose. I remained her n number of times. Well I am very hopeful now from you that you be involved and get it resolved my issue as soon as possible. I am also attaching Bill copy, visiting card of that executive and receipt copy of Reliance form. Please look into my matter and do the needful. Thanks, Regards, Pankaj +91 987121sss
