GE profile refrigerator - GE DOESN'T CARE GE profile refrigerator - GE DOESN'T CARE October 1, 2006 I purchased a GE profile refrigerator. After less than three months of use, the compressor failed (last Tuesday). I told them the problem. They arrived without the part and said it had to be special ordered. Service refuses to schedule appointments within the time frame of work. They claim that they can only contact people via e-mail. Moreover, they promise to return calls and never do. Is there something to be done regarding the quality and service issues?
