Prime Mutual

Prime Mutual Prime Mutual March 7, 2006 I, also was under the impression that this "MasterCard" would help me rebuild my credit. These scumbags know just how far they can go under the law. It's the consumer's fault, putting credibility in MasterCard logo. Their three day refund policy is what most states mandate for a "cooling off" period. It is not out of the goodness of Prime Mutual, or Millenium Bank. They should be ashamed of themselves, but with people like this, there is no shame. The best way to handle this is to contact your Office of the Secretary of State, and do what you can to urge their license be pulled in your State. File a complaint with the federal banking authorities urging the license of Millenium Bank be pulled. A pre-loaded card, with the MasterCard logo can be had from 7-11 convenience stores for pennies.
