This matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. I finally got the DVD's to play. I wanted to update you about this matter, but I couldn't remember your web site name,

Hi Guys, it is me again (Sandra Renick). You sent my order, but it is still wrong. I also tried to play one of the DVD's and the screen said the disk would not let it play. Something about the photos being the wrong whatever (J Peg). Maybe created in the 'wrong format.' So, unless I can figure it out, I will be returning the items for a refund.

On December 17, 2005, I ordered four DVD's from a2zcds.com. I used PayPal to pay them and my charge went through both PayPal and my bank on Deccmber 19, 2005. Right after Christmas I contacted them and they said they were sure it would come in a day or so. So, I waited, and my order still didn't come. I contacted them again and asked them to resend it and, when it didn't come again, I repeated my request to remail it and it still didn't come. Then, I asked that they please send it via UPS and get a tracking number. They emailed me and said they would send it UPS the next day. I guess I am out $104.70. They won't answer my emails now.
