Bell high-speed terminal/kiosk at the Lester B. Pearson Airport (GTAA)- Problem with the delivery of email Bell high-speed terminal/kiosk at the Lester B. Pearson Airport (GTAA)- Problem with the delivery of email March 7, 2006 Dear Bell high-speed internet, On Friday 24 February, my wife and I used a Bell high-speed terminal/kiosk at the Lester B. Pearson Airport (GTAA) ostensibly to inform our parents of our travel itinerary. I methodically typed clearly our itinerary and filled in all the appropriate addresses before sending the email (see below). (I have been using email for well over 20 years.) I paid $2 to do this (charged to my credit card). It turns out that neither of the recipients received a substantive message. What they received is appended below; header information, but no body (or attachment). We find this very annoying, particularly since we were charged $2 for this service. That our parents were caused undue concern by not having our itinerary is water under the bridge I suppose, but please let me know how I will be reimbursed for this expense ($2). Thank you, Michael Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Wednesday, 08-Mar-06 00:00:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
