verizon wireless billing verizon wireless billing March 7, 2006 My family has had this wireless company for over four years. Up until last October we had no complaints, however my son-in-laws phone went up on him and we had to get a new one with an upgrade. Since that time we have not received a bill or statement unless my husband called and complained, two weeks after the phone call the bill and statement would arrive. Last week we recieived a text message that our bill was ready to view on line and that we were in danger of having it shut off. I had to call and get the amount and when it was due. The bill was over $2,ooo dollars. I called and told them that it would not be paid unless we got a statement . I did not think that we had to call every month to get a bill or statement in the mail. That's like having a credit card company call and tell you that you had toi send x amount of money in for your payment with out seeing your bill. Now we are with out service because Verizon will not send us a bill or statement every month unless we call them. Is this the way it is suppose to be?
