Premium Travel Premium Travel March 7, 2006 I would like to register a complaint about:
EP Premiums & Incentives, Inc. aka: Premium Travel 26828 or 26826 Maple Valley Highway PMB#293 Maple Valley, Washington 98038
This company is so deceiving, even their return address on their envelope is wrong. The latter is the wrong address. On September 9, 2004, I accepted an offer from My Free Travel to purchase a certificate for a "free" vacation to certain destinations. On May 2, 2005 I sent a check to EP Premiums & Incentives, Inc. for $103.95, which included $80.00 for Sunday thru Wednesday stay and a $23.95 handling fee for the "free" vacation of two nights in New Orleans. On May 11, 2005, I received a letter stating that they had a few questions and asked me to call. I tried to call from May 2004 to date, with getting only an answering machine. I left message after message, asking them to respond. I sent 2 or 3 mailings, also, to no avail. If you can help in any way, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Cindy St. Agnes Parish Baton Rouge, La.
