Patrol One

March 7, 2006

Beware of this outfit. I received a parking exemption from Patrol One and the idiots still towed my car away with the number clearly visible on the dash. I guess their employees can’t read. Then they lied for the next 3 hours saying there was no exemption posted on the car. After the tow truck driver told them there was, they refused to release the car from the towing services. They have pissed off the wrong person; I am going to make it my mission Patrol One to get you out of Talega, Say BYE BYE Bill Bancroft to the Big Bucks. You have pissed off the wrong person with the right connections.

This complaint is based on a vehicle being towed away at the owner's expense. If the person posting this complaint were to follow their associations parking rules and regulations (which they signed off on when purchasing their home) then their vehicle wouldn't have been towed and they wouldn't be posting a complaint on this website.

Patrol One is a reputable company and has been for over 15-years. We have a "AAA" rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for a reason and would be more than happy to utilize the mediation service they offer their clients to oversee any complaint that anyone may have on us.

It is sad that there is a website that allows people to throw grenades at a company and not be responsible for what they claim!
