USB frog massager from USBgeek.com

March 7, 2006

I purchased two items from USBgeek.com. A USB powered frog massager and USB powered hot plate. My problem was with the massager. When it arrived it was packaged with a USB cable but it was not a USB powered, it was battery powered. It took two months of approximately 15 emails to this hong kong based company to get them to acknowledge that I received a different product than I purchased. They finally sent me the correct frog after this difficult process and as a conscientious consumer I immediately exchanged the wrong product and sent it back in the mail to them per their request. I spent $8 in shipping to return this product and I was promised a refund as the error in sending me the wrong product was their mistake. Two months later I heard repeated claims they did not receive my return and now upon emailing the company I receive no reply regarding the shipping reimbursement. My expenditure for the items I purchased increased by $8 and my dealing with this company were stressful and unsatisfactory. My recommendation is to find your USB powered products elsewhere, this company is not to be trusted. Kim
