comcast customer (NON)service comcast customer (NON)service March 7, 2006 2 and a half months ago my wife was told by comcast that they would have to charge us to run a 400 foot line back to our new home. we agreed to pay and were told that someone would contact me that day to make arrangements for the connection. 7 phone calls, 4 more promised phone calls from them, 4 promised snail mails (that never arrived), and 5 internet mails later we don't even have the application for the contractor to install the line. we even offered to pick up the application and deliver it to the contractor but were told it had to be done by mail. phone calls are not returned, promised mail is not sent, and e-mails are assured action by the appropriate department that we never hear from. comcast customer service is undoubtly the worst i have ever dealth with. i now have to cut down 5 trees to make a path for satellite tv & internet.
