This has got to be the most disappointing device I've ever seen! It does not have the power to even run for a full Minute, before it turns itself off, The brushes are thin, too widely spaced, and it won't work in thick pile carpet's, I have sent several E-Mail's to the help address with no reply's, Buyer's Beware!!
