purchased two trac fones in poughkeepsie n.y. called the company several times since over the holidays since these phones never worked and got the run around several hours later and several weeks and still cannot get my money back since they have their two phones back that they told us where to ship them back and we did and they said that we would get our refund about one-hundred thirdy five dollars with the phone minutes that we had to buy also and we still have not heard back from anyone from the company. I tell everyone i know not to this buy this product because of their terrible customer service and the phones don't work in any area. thank you
