I did not receive 3 invoices from UPS so they are charging us interest on the late payments of 5% a week!!! (Standard operating practice on behalf of UPS) This is close to 1% a day. Surely there is some type of state regulation or federal that prohibits this practice!!! That is interest of over 260% a year and compounded weekly probably closer to 300% a year!!! I can’t wait until the class action lawsuit comes from this one!! The only one who can remove the charges is my account manager but since I moved my account manager is in NJ and I am in FL and since I am a preferred customer they can not change account managers!!!
