Clark Color Labs Photo Processing Clark Color Labs Photo Processing March 7, 2006 Clark Color Lab in Beltsville, Maryland. Sent in two rolls of film in mid-February. Finally on 3/7/06 they are admitting they sent my photos in someone else's packet. It took five phone calls over a one week period to get the admission. I am supposed to be getting a refund, but I really want my photographs! Don't use Clark!!!

They lost every roll, and finally refunded my money, after I filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and finally the Maryland Attorney General !!! I don't care how many people that post they have had no problems with this company !!!! If you value your photos, don't take the chance with Clark ! I sent in negatives to be reprinted and enlarged. The check was cashed about two weeks after I postmarked the package, so I know they got it. After that, I received no emails or correspondence from them regarding my prints. Finally, a month and a half later, I made a formal complaint. They said they would put a track out for it but told me that they shipped the package. I am wary of this explanation because I used their services once before and I am sure that I received a notification email of shipment. This did not happen with this order. Now, just today, I was sent a form letter telling me the order was lost and I was sent a refund check for only half of what I paid for the prints. I am so aggravated with this company, I spent more time complaining than actually using their services!!
