The price was $6.75. When I got the food, the person told me that the price was $8. plus. I found it odd since the price was more. She said that I ordered the regular meal and not the Dinner Special. She stated that I should pay for the food. I refused after arguing with her that I don't want the food. She became argumentative about just a piece of change and why I could have told her I wrong the wrong food. I simple told her that the customer is still right and have her make me the specific food I ordered. She became very upset and told me that customers are not always right and that I need to pay for this food. I said no, I demanded new food. She made another food after long argument, but was the worst food ever. God know If they put something in my food, because I became nauseated after eating the food. I told them I will never come to this establishment again. The manager replied, "don't come back here again" This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to being that my favorite food is chinese food. My food arrives quickly, hot, and correctly. For the price and location it's one of the best chinese places in Fairburn. Your order was incorrect (of course you didn't know that, but she didn't make it up on her own, she went by what you said, not what you meant) and I'm quite sure if you owned your mistake she would have been willing to work with you (perhaps add a beverage and call it a day). Secondly, it was unwise to bicker with anyone handling your food...either pay for the food or leave, but don't have a disgruntled person make you a dish. When you go anywhere please know that the customer is NOT always right, but the customer can ALWAYS be accommodated. Your methods got you banned from a restaurant over $1.25...:(. I doubt the part about getting sick is true I think you're just upset you didn't get your measely $1.25 back!! Were you planning on buying a soft drink out of a machine with that money?? They have never gotten my order wrong on my countless to go orders. Granted they do not speak perfect English but they do know their menu and if you order correctly they get it right. They do have a change in pricing and quantity between lunch and dinner that I think goes into effect after 3pm. This fellow may have gotten the dinner portion and pricing because of the time of day.
