orchard bank orchard bank March 7, 2006 I recently received an orchard master card ,upon receiving I called to ask about fees , etc. Never in our conversation was it mentioned that the annual fee was 59.95 .I have a credit card with another very well known bank with 0% interest and no annual fee and a much larger limit than the $300 dollar limit with orchard bank. I FEEL THIS IS A RIP OFF AND WILL PAY THIS CARD OFF AND GET RID OF IT!!!
