Blockbuster Online sucks -the only benefit is the added 1 movie at the store a week - which is needed because all of the movies that you want are never available. I joined in January with 1 free month and I am in month 2 ready to cancel. Examples Since 1/17/06 -I've had Constant Gardener in my queue as #1 shipment and it isn't available

2/01/06 - Curb Your Enthusiasm -Season 1, Disc 1 - said it was available - passed up delivering it to me twice, and when I complained they said that it was only available in warehouses not within a 3 day shipment, so it really wasn't available for shipment. I finally after 3 weeks, went to the store and used a coupon for it. JarHead - Put it in my queue to test the "how early should it be my number 1 shipment" so that when 2/7/06 availability occurred, it would be shipped to me. Today they shipped my number 3 selection. Jarhead is a Short Wait. Other Examples: Enron (long wait - within 2-4 weeks), Aristocrats, Separate Lies, Walk the Line, Proof, Rain, Junebug. Most of these are short wait (within 2 weeks.) I have had several of these in my queue through the month of February and still have not had any of these titles shipped. How's that for great online service. All of this while my friend at work has watched

all of the above using Netflix. My warehouse location is in Gaithersburg, MD and I live in Washington, D.C. Dara
