A&E Factory Service A&E Factory Service March 6, 2006 My Whirlpool washer purchased 2-7-2005 broke on 1-27-06. I reported the problem that night. There was an appointment made 2-13-06. The technician came out and diagnosed a bad timer. He ordered a timer, and said it would be in within 4-5 days. The timer arrived 10 days later on February 13. I installed the timer myself the night of the 13th. This did not fix the machine. The technician came out on the 14th and diagnosed a Sub Gearcase and Valve. He ordered those parts again said 4-5 days and left. It is now March 6th. The Sub Gearcase has not arrived. My washer is still down. A & E Factory service Is the best example of customer no-service I can think of. I have been without a Clothes Washer now for 6 weeks. If your appliance breaks down I hope you do not have to depend on A & E Factory Service to fix it. Chris Apopka, FL
