I received a delinquency notice from this company in late December / Early January. Apparently my spouse, who left me and moved 300 miles away in October, had bought some cd's from BMG just before she left. She did this is my account. I was away and working in New Orleans for 2 1/2 months and didn't even know about this until I received this letter. Now I am sending them letters to explain the situation and to tell them that I will pay it when my tax refund arrives. They will not answer my letters and I can't get anyone to talk to me. Every time I send a letter, they send another bill that is a little higher.
