I had signed for the AOL Silver Broadband in March 2005. And to cancel that service after one year of contract. I had sent an e-mail to Email User on 28/2/06.

I received a reply from them to contact on Aol help, and have tried to contact through Aol help but they disconnected and still I am not sure about the cancellation of the contract.

 

Would it be possible to confirm and ensure that no payment is deducted from my account in the Month of March, 2006.

 

I had earlier some bad experience from AOL regarding the Change of address and the service was not available to me for more that a month in October-November 2005.

 

Let this be known to each and everyone so that no one else suffers any financial loss or poor service. Thanks for urgent action for forwarding to the concerned department with a written confirmation to me by e-mail.
