Purchased the GEM190B 19 Inch LCD on 12/07/06 at Fry's. I was given a rebate form for promotion #:G600 that gave an $80.00 rebate (see attached). Note that at the top of the form it says that the OFFER VALID FROM 12/01/06 - 12/27/06. It was wrapped and put under the tree. On the 26th I filled out the paperwork for the rebate and discovered that in the fine print it said that the rebate had to be postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase. The rebate form went to a company named Panacer Int'l Inc in the City of Industry in California. They denied it based on the 14 day requirement. When I called and checked them out it turns out they are a 10 person importer out of China. They simply said "all we do is what we are told by the manufacturer". I notice that you have other complaints about GEM. How does one get to them short of taking a trip to china?

How do I spread the word about this shady company? Thx
