Turtle magazine subscription

Please be advised that I have yet to receive the above magazine subscription. This magazine was ordered back in August of 2005. This was a gift for my granddaughter, Amaya, Corona, CA 92882. We were told that the process would take 6 to 8 weeks, I believe we are well pass that processing time. Please contact me asap regarding this subscription.
