Dear supervisor

Walmart connect is a good internet service for the most part. I was used it when I studied at USA from October 2003, October to 2005, February . thanks for your good service. I called to the connect services center and she promised to cancel, I think that had cancelled Walmart Connect Before I was back Taiwan on 2005, March.. But until now your company do still charge fee from my account in

Taiwan. Please answer the question to me, and stop the charge as soon as possible. I ask that walmart connect should return the fee from 2005, February to 2006 February. 9.99 for each week, Totally US$ 119.88. I hope that can recommend Walmart Connect to anyone in the future.
