Grasshopper Mowers

March 6, 2006

I purchased a commercial 721D Lawnmower from Grasshopper Mowers in Mound Ridge Kansas on 1-15-05. at the cost of $10.918.00.This is over 1 Year later and I cannot resolve reapir or refund/exchange issue. After very slight use for ca. 2 months, the machine fell apart. It took almost 3 months to get

them to initiate a repair. It sat in repair until Jan 06,they never notified me of findings or progress. Finally they said Grasshopper would not authorize any more work to be done. Today on March 6,2006 I still have a machine that is worse than before and absolutely not usable. This was bought for business

expansion last year and it has cost me almost a year of extra work. They would not even repsond to a letter from an attorney.I am not able to sue, bevause they have cost me too much business already. I have tried newsstations. Nbc stated it is too small a matter and Abc stated because a lawyer has

written a letter they cannot get involved. What is there to do. Tried the Attorney General.,said I should look for an attorney. Is there anyone with a similar experience or any ideas how this possibly could be resolved??
