I read a complaint about NCO's collection procedures on your website. I have to say that I completely agree with Aaron. I had made arrangements to pay my debt off in full once my tax returns came in. I was expecting a call from the man who had been working with me to reach that goal. Instead, his supervisor calls my with a very nasty attitude telling me that we didn't have any arrangement and that I need to make a payment or get garnished. Then, before I could finish telling him about the arrangements I had made, he hung up on me. I called back to speak to his supervisor and she was even more rude the he was. I need a lawyer. If there is anyone who can help me with this, please e-mail me. I am also positive that I owe less than what is being requested of me.
