Hello, I have purchased a new Videocon D 275 DX Refrigerator with one of your dealer Shree Ameet Electronics, Plot 10, Sector 5, Ghansoli Navi Mumbai (Ph. 022-27550287) on 3rd March 2006 at 9.30 PM. As soon as it reached to my home & unpacked by dealer's employee it was not working. I have requested for a new set but he denied and told me that now company will take care of it. Sice then 4 days has crossed I have not received any assistance from the company or dealer. Is this the service videocon is providing to the customer. Now to whom I have to contact. Or should I go to consumer court? Thanks & Regards Deepak
