I placed an order for 1 Natural wooden storage bench and 2 candle warmers. I am very upset and disappointed in how this company, which was recommended by a co-worker, operates. First, I was appalled that the company would debit my account on 2 separate occasions. I found that to be a violation of my privacy.

I tried calling on several occasions and was on hold at length each time without any answer from their customer service department. Their message stated that they appreciate their customers but I fail to see it, if the customer is put on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I called between 8:30am and 9am and throughout the business day, yet got no answer. When you choose the option to place an order, the call is answered very promptly. I wonder why? This leads me to conclude that the company is eager to take an order but customer service fails miserably after that. The company’s website is not very user friendly. When I placed the order I wanted to ship it to a different address but the prompt says alternate billing address as opposed to shipping address which is very misleading. I have used all methods of trying to contact your company but have had no success. I tried calling several times and I even sent a faxed letter. I also mailed a letter. Yet I have gotten no response form the company. At this point in time, I have not received any of my orders placed. I wish to cancel my order and have my account credited in full for the entire $77.29. After which I would appreciate all of my records be destroyed since I would no longer wish to conduct business with this company.
