southern - electric southern - electric March 30, 2006 the services and staff from southern-electric is terrible. I was on hold 5 times in 1 phone call for over 5 minutes. That phone call lasted for 30 minutes which means that I spoke to those people just for 5 minutes. It was hard to deal with them and I hope I would not have to deal with them again.
