Regarding non-receipt of Refund of Security - ph. 55185908

Dear Sir/Madam

I am very much fed up of the services of TATA - Indicom. Due to problems in connecting Internet I had applied for disconnetion of my phone on 8th January 2006 and it was disconnection by 17th Jan 2006. I have paid all my dues and my instrument is also taken back. But my security amount is not yet released even after my so many follow-ups through e-mail. Every time there is only one reply that your payment will be refunded within 15 days. But I don't know when those 15 days will be over.

Please do the needful to refund my security amount as early as possible.
