I have been informed that a bill of rupees 2,200 is unpaid for my phone no 55706

You have sent a legal notice to me

. I have shifted to gurgoan in January 2005 and the legal notice was received at my Bombay address and is being sent to me by my assistant to gurgoan. So I am only writing to get matter cleared from your side before I reply to ur lawyer

. . Today I have lodged a complaint the no being 21387580.

They have confirmed that the phone was xed in feb 05

. earlier on 16.2.05 vide complaint no. 11528043 I was informed that as requested by me my above phone was cancelled and I had to pay rupees 200 only which was paid by me

. I am unable to understand what is the outstanding bill which I have never received and why legal notice has been served

. I want a reply on my email immediately.

The above phone was disconnected in Jan 05 and your people took the instrument.

My request to reconnect was not agreed by you

Since january my instrument is not there how can I make call

I am disturbed by action taken by you due to fault in your adminstration

I am trying your e mail but its not going through so I am faxing this via std center

I HAD SENT A FAX ON 8TH OCT 05 WHICH YOU HAVE NOT REPLIED

I HAVE RECD LEGAL NOTICE FOR NON PAYMENT OF BILLS INSPITE OF CANCELLING THE PHONE IN JANUARY 05

1- ON 25-12-04 FAX FOE CANCELLATION WAS GIVEN AFTER WHICH YOU TOOK AWAY THE INSTRUMENT AND LINE WAS DIS CONNECTED

2- ON 10-1-05 RECONNECTION OF THE ABOVE LINE WAS REFUSED BY YOU AND YOU SAID TO MAKE A FRESH APPLICATION

3- I DID NOT APPLY

4- 0N 16-2-05 COMPLAIN NO 11528043 I WAS TOLD THAT PHONE IS DIS CONNECTED AND ONLY CLEAR THE BILL OF RS 200

5- ON 13-3-05 A LETTER FOR DIS CONNECTION WAS AGAIN FAXED AND SENT BY POST ALSO

6- ON 4-4-05 RS 200 WAS PAID AS FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT

I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT BILL IS OUTSTANDING AS PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE JAN 05 AND NO INSTRUMENT WAS THERE.

PLEASE CLARIFY THE ABOVE MATTER AT YOUR EARLIEST

Now refer complaint no 23495675 filed with you and answer me Further earlier all above papers etc were sent to your lawyer he never responded Now today again he has sent a notice
