hi,okay i have a serious problem with my MSN messenger i cannot sign in!...i made sure everything was okay i made sure my internet was connected properly and i made sure my e-mail address and password were correct i went to help and i pressed help topics and i got help but not enough i did everything of what they told me to do i followed the steps...but!..it still didn't work!...When i try to sign in it says "sorry we could not sign you in due to one or more of the facts:-e-mail does not exist -password is incorrect

-passport sevice is temporarily unavailable so,i asked my friend to sign in,in her account and see if the service is available and it was....so i tryed at the same time and i thought it would work but it didn't!....i deleted my msn and downloaded it again but that didn't even work!...and now i have absolute no idea of what to do ive already sended another complaint to the MSN messenger service but they did not reply...and my friend told me to make sure when i typed my password that to make sure it wasn't in capitals but it wasn't.... and i also asked my friend to try and sign in my account and she did,it got through and everything was okay on my account!...i seriously don't knoe what's wrong and this problem has been occuring for the past couple of days.I really hope you can help me with this problem i'd appreciate it if you replyed back.
