Central Coast Builder R.W. Hertel & Sons, Inc. of Ventura,CA has been ordered to REPLACE ALL Defective Roofs in the Rancho Obispo Development in San Luis Obispo, CA after nearly a year State Probe into numerous complaints of Shoddy and below standard construction of these homes RW Hertel now has to replace all the roofs, that have caused numerous water intrusions, and MOLD in many of the Homes. Several Families have already moved out and more are leaving Hertel was forced to buy one home back due to the numeorus Defects and Mold. They are also building homes in Las Lomas development in Atascadero, CA and have sued owners who complained about there poor workmanship. The State and Federal agencies are continuning Investigations into other violations of Law.
