Land Rover Freelander / Brakes and rotors

March 30, 2006

Land Rover, Minneapolis Minnesota. Complaint: (Land Rover).Minneapolis, this email written in be-half of Mrs. Lora Halverson. Owner of 2002 SE Land rover Freelander. Vehicle has been in for service repairs for Brakes and rotors twice within 1.5 years since new ownership (avg 16k miles). Tom (service manager) claims this is normal for this truck and nothing that they can do but repair and charge us regardless of every warranty contract purchased. I would like a written response from Land Rover explaining why this is and why no warning light or reason to believe that these brakes are going bad. With very extensive internet research being done there will be a formal complaint written for hundreds of people with the same issue on this vehicle. A response is required and can be email directly to myself at Email User or mailed directly to Mrs. H, Jordan MN, 55352. Thank you for your time.
