The credit card company, MBNA America at P.O. Box 15137, Wilmington, DE 19866-5137, is over charging me the fees. I have been trying to resolve the issue with them without any success. In January of this year, I decided to pay off all my credit cards' balance. I called MBNA to obtain the payoff amount and sent them the check accordingly. However, since then they kept sending me statements about late fees and interests charges over the late fees. I strongly believe those fees are baseless and they are doing so with malice and deceit. I would like to report this to you with the hope that you could help me to resolve this problem. Thanks a lot.
