Mail Pick Up

Our mail receptacle is outside of our office. When we have outgoing mail that is too large for the box, we put the red flag up so the delivery person knows to come in for the mail. We've had our flag up for two days and the mail delivery person has not picked up our outgoing mail! Our business deals with time-sensitive documents that go out each day! Guess who gets blamed when those documents don't arrive on time!
