I purchased my mustang new.

After i moved to Florida I took my vehicle to Walker Ford in Clearwater.

Their service manager went over the 3 items for warrantty and said " no problem,but I will need to order the parts and then we will set up a day for you to come down".

After a few weeks I returned to the dealership only to be told the parts were not in yet.I informed them I was making a trip home and was concerned that I would be over the milage when I returned.They assured me this was no problem and took pictures of my odometer and documented the milage and said go ahead and go on your trip and when you return we should have it all here.Upon returning to the dealership I was informed that I was over the milage allowed in my warrantty and nothing would be covered.When I asked what about when I asked you about that and you took pictures to show i WAS NOT over milage when I brought it to you,I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
