I have been trying to get an overpayment in the amount of $3,600 back for over 3 weeks which represents approximately 13 business days. They told me a check had been issued on March 11, 2006, that I have never received. Today, March 30, 2006 I was told it would take another 3 to 4 weeks. They are fast to charge fees if a payment is not submitted within their lovely two week period between the time you actually get the statement and the time the payment is due, but refuse to wire the funds back when overpaid.
