E.R.Solutions / Radio Shack E.R.Solutions / Radio Shack March 30, 2006 I have been trying to get out of debt with Radio Shack when, without warning, they had the gall to send it to E.R.Solutions. At first, I made arangments to pay $50 dollars a week and open up a bank account. However, At the first of the year, I was involved in an car wreck, and I missed a couple of weeks. I got a call from E.R.Solutions, and was forced to pay $150, and $100 dollars a week. I called, as I should, and informed them that I would have to go to the doctor for a check up, and that I would have to miss a payment, but would make it up by adding $50 dollars to my next two payments. The lady on the phone said that I would have to make a payment of $200, but after a little pleading, finally OKed the $150. I am forced to call each and every time when I make a payment, and I find that to be very rude. I have asked for my account be returned to Radio Shack, and was turned down with no satifactory reason at all. I am not one to cheat anyone, and if I am not able to make a full payment, I will make what I can. I would like to join in the law suit against E.R.Solutions.
