Sharper Image Sharper Image March 30, 2006 On 3-3-06 I ordered an I Tower from The Sharper Image. It was shipped on 3-17 to be delivered on 3-22. UPS lost the package. They referred me back to Sharper Image. Sharper Image said they would ship another I Tower. They did not. Now, I cannot reach customer service by phone or by e mail. I have been on hold for over two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. They, also, do not respond to customer service e mails. I called the sales department tonight and was finally able to reach someone. This person said they would re-ship the item. We will see. I heard that last week. This is poor service. In a few more days it will have a different name.....FRAUD.
