Dear Sir,

I am an Indane Customer from 1973 onwards, residing at Trivandrum. I have initially taken my connection from M/s.Sreeram Gas Agency, Trivandrum on 23/08/1973 vide consumer No. 1612. Since after changing two other Agencies, presently, one Aravind Gas Agency , Poojappura is the present supplier.

Sir, my present problem is that I am still using the same Regulator suplied by my first suplier in 1973. The regulator has gone defective and loose after prolonged use and bit of the knob also is broken. When I approached M/s. Aravind Gas they not only refused to change it without payment, but spoke to me in an insulting way. Sir, I am a senior retired scientist from ISRO. I wouldn't mind paying for it if he convinced me in aproper way.He was very arrobant to me. I am worried about the sfety of using the damaged regulator. I feel you should also give proper instruction on behavior to your Agencies. I dont know whom to approc, hence I searched your web site and found you mail address. Sorry,if I am mailing to a wrong person. I would request you to kindly do the needful for me to get the regulator changed and also instruct the Agency to behave properly.THank you.
